Available Jobs:


• University degree in technical field (construction specialization - CCIA – is an advantage);
• Relevant experience in execution of works of finishing and structure / installations for apartment buildings and houses - at least 3-5 years;
• Person organized, orderly and with initiative, with good planning and decision-making capacities;
• Objectivity in assessing and analyzing encountered situations;
• Good negotiation skills and teamwork;
• Availability to work long hours;
• Good PC skills: MS Office, MS Project, Autocad;
• Driving license - B category.

• Supervises the work of subcontractors for finishing works, installations and structure;
• Monitors the execution, in terms of quality, quantity, compliance with the project and timeliness;
• Studies plans and monitors their implementation;
• Attend s/ organizes receptions process works;
• Prepares necessary materials and personnel;
• Prepares and presents various situations requested by the management company;
• Manages the own professional development in order to increase career.

• University degree;
• Relevant experience in sales is an advantage;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Experience in customer relationship maintenance (presentations, meetings, proposals, reports, contracts);
• Solid knowledge of PC skills - MS Office, Internet;
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of English;
• Very good capacity of analysis, synthesis, interpretation, desire to learn;
• Responsiveness, insight, innovative spirit, team spirit;
• Persistent, organized, fair, tenacious and motivated by results;
• Principled attitude in dealing with people / clients, integrity;
• Availability to a flexible schedule

• Prospects the market, makes evaluation sheets of prices / offers in the market and makes comparison analysis for prices / services offered by the company;
• Realizes, sends and presents the products / services packages;
• Initiates and maintains relationship with the client (presentations, meetings, negotiations, proposals, reports, contracts, receipts client tracking, maintaining relationships with customers after sales, maintaining relationships with potential clients);
• Prepares weekly / monthly activities reports and the action plan for the following month;
• Collaborates with the other departments in the company.
